Happened to be in Arlington and remembered that my service was due. Called Arlington BMW and asked for Sovann Vun, she always takes care of me! She had my car ready in very little time, had a half price oil change I had received the day before. Great service experience when you can get it done ! In and out thanks to everyone that made it happen.
Overall good, but taking 1hr 20 mins for just car wash (after completing routine maintenance) is not efficient
Went in for recall work and it all went smooth and easy. Got the usual upsell that I declined and wasn't really needed. It's still my favorite "Authorized BMW" house and they aren't too bad on price for parts and the weird and unique BMW fluids.
Best service, Sovann was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely keep coming back because of the service.

I need to contrast my experiences with BMW of Arlington with BMW of Grapevine.... Grapevine is WAY closer to home. I took your SUV there THREE times for the same repair. Over the course of about three months, they had possession of my car for more than a month total. Each time they "fixed" the car, I drove away and the same problem recurred. Total cost: about $15k. It was easy to schedule my same day appointment to replace my tire. I was promptly greeted by a friendly service agent when I arrived. I was directed to another service agent Myron Mott who would handle the paperwork for my service repair. Not only did they address my service repair they made sure my fluids were topped off and they washed and cleaned my car. All of the service agents were friendly, informative and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

I absolutely love the valet service BMW provides. I don’t have to drive to the dealer for service appointments which will keep me as a BMW customer. Vehicles are a bit pricey, but worth it. Customer Service Reps, Service Managers, and valets have all been very nice and knowledgeable.
