Fortunately, I was able to schedule a same day appointment at the BMW of Arlington to have my car service. I was immensely impressed with the efficiency that my service advisor, Chris, provided. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in resolving all of my car issues.
I had excellent service, I dropped off for rear brakes and an oil change and was able to pick up a few hours later. They always detail my car which is nice and unexpected.

Andy was nice salesman , but the sales manager lied to me about my three free oil change when I went to buy the bmw x7… after I got to location to buy the vehicle he said he didn’t know how he was going to fit it in the deal after I had drove 50 miles and he told ANDY that it was included in deal!

While I'm extremely pleased with the Oil Change and Inspection service received today and the professionalism from the service rep, I'm not as pleased by the fact that I had to return within two months. The need for the change should have been noticed during the prior visit. I get it that the oil was drained in March (99K miles) due to another issue. Still the "math isn't mathing". Luckily, I had time for the appointment, but that's not always the case. Nevertheless, I will continually use BMW of Arlington.
Excellent service, though at the beginning I did not know who to talk to as no one came to where I was dropping my car. After a few minutes (about 5) a service agent asked if someone had helped me though it was only me in the service area

I just wish BMW had one thing for customers who wants to or doesn’t mind waiting and that’s a gaming area(PS5 with the newest games).
