From the initial call finding out about the truck, coming in to see the car, the salesman was so nice! He wasn’t too pushy to sell me a car, he was patient with me and the finance manager was cool and he worked me and got the payment I was comfortable with! Top-notch experience! Our agent made sure our 'in and out' request was met perfectly. Walking in to see my car detailed with a huge red bow was such a special touch. I loved that the tech expert set up my preferences before we even signed paperwork; it saved so much time. Finance was a breeze (only 30 minutes!), and we were on the road in less than an hour. Jeffrey is an amazing. MY serpentine belt broke on a Friday night. I had immediately had my car towed to the dealership after hours. My keys were placed in the Dropbox for the staff Saturday morning. It was 12pm Saturday I was at work panicking because I had not heard from the dealership. Jeff was so kind and immediately took care of my car. STRANDED!! - My wife and our two teenagers were traveling far from home when our BMW SUV suffered a catastrophic cooling fan failure that knocked a hole in the radiator—right in the middle of 5 o’clock rush-hour traffic on a Friday on I-30 near Arlington.
