Andy was nice salesman , but the sales manager lied to me about my three free oil change when I went to buy the bmw x7… after I got to location to buy the vehicle he said he didn’t know how he was going to fit it in the deal after I had drove 50 miles and he told ANDY that it was included in deal!

While I'm extremely pleased with the Oil Change and Inspection service received today and the professionalism from the service rep, I'm not as pleased by the fact that I had to return within two months. The need for the change should have been noticed during the prior visit. I get it that the oil was drained in March (99K miles) due to another issue. Still the "math isn't mathing". Luckily, I had time for the appointment, but that's not always the case. Nevertheless, I will continually use BMW of Arlington.
Excellent service, though at the beginning I did not know who to talk to as no one came to where I was dropping my car. After a few minutes (about 5) a service agent asked if someone had helped me though it was only me in the service area

She is amazing and her courtesy and professionalism is a 10 out of 10. The Technicians are amazing, and very thorough. I always appreciate the video they provide of my cars inspections when being serviced and the professionalism that comes along with it. I recommend this dealership if you are in the market for exceptional vehicles.

My service provider Ryley was excellent. I am a new BMW owner, and he did everything to make me comfortable while guiding me through my service options. I really appreciated that. The mechanic working on my car was great as well, sorry I am unable to recall his name at this moment. Start to finish I must say the service was impeccable. Riley wasn't satisfied with my car wash, so he took it and washed it himself. It has never looked better. I believe I have found my service home.

Happened to be in Arlington and remembered that my service was due. Called Arlington BMW and asked for Sovann Vun, she always takes care of me! She had my car ready in very little time, had a half price oil change I had received the day before. Great service experience when you can get it done ! In and out thanks to everyone that made it happen.
Overall good, but taking 1hr 20 mins for just car wash (after completing routine maintenance) is not efficient
Went in for recall work and it all went smooth and easy. Got the usual upsell that I declined and wasn't really needed. It's still my favorite "Authorized BMW" house and they aren't too bad on price for parts and the weird and unique BMW fluids.

I need to contrast my experiences with BMW of Arlington with BMW of Grapevine.... Grapevine is WAY closer to home. I took your SUV there THREE times for the same repair. Over the course of about three months, they had possession of my car for more than a month total. Each time they "fixed" the car, I drove away and the same problem recurred. Total cost: about $15k.
