Top-notch experience! Our agent made sure our 'in and out' request was met perfectly. Walking in to see my car detailed with a huge red bow was such a special touch. I loved that the tech expert set up my preferences before we even signed paperwork; it saved so much time. Finance was a breeze (only 30 minutes!), and we were on the road in less than an hour. Jeffrey is an amazing. MY serpentine belt broke on a Friday night. I had immediately had my car towed to the dealership after hours. My keys were placed in the Dropbox for the staff Saturday morning. It was 12pm Saturday I was at work panicking because I had not heard from the dealership. Jeff was so kind and immediately took care of my car.
