Cost is forcing me to look for someone else to do maintenance. Like oil changes and other things like filter for the car. Have brought 4 BMW750I and the annual maintenance has out price me. Have driven 750i staring in 2006.

Test and solid roadmap to complete serviced requested assure quality to top performance for BMW drivetrain and power torch on highway and freeways firm steer on tire pressure.

Service was great! Service advisor Rene was friendly and helpful. They took good care of my car and fixed my flat tire.

Purchase process was smooth but I have been chasing for 10 times to get the email of all signed documents after two weeks and still haven’t received it. I don’t understand why something that simple can be so hard?

Takes a full day for service regardless of the fix needed. Oil change…full day. New tires…full day. Shuttle service was convenient. Service rep Christian was very helpful and kept me informed of progress. Car had large amount residue on center console from something gooey and should have been seen and cleaned before handing over the vehicle. I brought it to Christian’s attention and he cleaned it all up and apologized on his coworkers behalf.

Great experience. I typically don’t take my cars back to the dealership for an oil change, but there were some issues that required the visit. Was I surprised. I’ll be bringing my BMW back to the dealership and refer my friends when they are looking for a car.

Brought my car for repairs. Best customer service I have ever experienced. Sovann was exceptional. BMW really took care of me.

My service representative, Christian, was very thorough in explaining the services need for my car.

They had the vehicle I wanted. Salesman (Bernie) was helpful. Negotiations were brief. Paying cash. Processing paperwork was a HASSLE! They wouldn’t title the car the way I wanted and had to get special permission for them to accept my check. Six days later they still hadn’t cashed it even though money was in account.

Our service advisor Rhene was really great. They did quality work and really fast. Thank you all for the help. Especially Rhene.

Service advisers seem to be honest and don't push unnecessary repairs. They also keep you up to date with the status of your car as it's being worked on. And there free rides to and from your house is a great service so you don't have to spend hours at the dealership.

I brought my BMW X7 into the dealership and they took care of me right away. They assess the problem and put my vehicle in the service center to get the work done. It was completed in a timely manner, and the customer service was great.

**Poor Customer Service**
I had an appointment at 8:30 AM and arrived at 8:27 AM. Sovann Van was the customer agent assisting me. I requested a car check, alignment, and tire rotation. After waiting for an hour, she told me they couldn't perform the tire rotation because they couldn't find the wheel lock key (maybe because I declined to replace the front tires?!).

Poor customer service, excessive wait time and conflicting message from the service department. Sovann Vun customer service rep stated numerous time the alignment was off and they kept having too test drive it. I asked to have car washed when it was done and when it was returned the vehicle was dirty like it had set outside all day.

I mislead and charged for something i didnt receive. No one helped correct it. Sad

Excellent service and my service advisor Reesh Ismail went beyond the call of duty. My purse strap was stuck in the trunk latch and it would not open. It had been in there for a considerable amount of time. Mr. Ismail told me he would get it out and he did! He, of course, was very knowledgeable about the services I needed and provided them promptly and professionally. He is a great asset to BMW of Arlington.
