Clean and Sleek Design Changes Are Coming
Let’s begin with a look at the exterior of the 2023 BMW 3 Series. It will continue to sport dynamic lines that BMW vehicles are known for, and on top of that, features a reshaped kidney grille that is both bold and recognizable. The 2023 model year will also have slim LED headlights that feature clean contours and daytime driving lights in an inverted L-shape that offer an even more modern look.
Standard for the 2023 BMW 3 Series are the stylish 18-inch Refined Silver wheels. These pair well with the new exterior colors that are available, which include Skyscraper Grey metallic and Brooklyn Grey metallic. You can even add the M Sport package, which features added chrome accents and a central air intake with hexagonal and a honeycomb pattern.
Staying Ahead of the Curve
BMW always looks to provide the latest innovations for its drivers, and that is what awaits in the 2023 BMW 3 Series. At the center of every drive is the BMW Curved Display. This combines both a 12.3-inch instrument cluster with a 14.9-inch central information display to keep you informed and entertained as you drive.
On the center display too, you can access your favorite smartphone applications since it is equipped with the latest iDrive 8 operating system, which comes with both wireless Apple CarPlayâ„¢ and Android Autoâ„¢.
This will let you display directions and see how traffic is ahead, play your favorite songs and podcasts, and keep in touch with friends. With the Intelligent Personal Assistant too, you can adjust the temperature, change the song, and more with just your voice.
Striking a Balance Between Power and Efficiency
The 2023 BMW 3 Series is set to be a car that is both fun and practical to drive. That is because it offers plenty of agility and engaging performance with the power it can produce while also featuring innovative engineering to maximize fuel economy.
The standard engine is a 2.0L BMW TwinPower Turbo inline 4-cylinder engine, which delivers 255 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. It also gets an EPA-estimated 25 city and 34 highway MPG for efficient commuting around town or when heading out on the open road.2
You can even choose the highly efficient plug-in hybrid configuration, which combines the 4-cylinder engine with an integrated electric motor. With it, you can even drive to the store or to grab your take out using only electric power. Even the available 3.0L BMW M TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder engine, which creates over 500 horsepower, was also enhanced with 48-volt mild hybrid technology to help optimize its performance and reduce the amount of gas needed on each trip you take.
